I also love Stroganoff, Spaghetti Bolognese, Baked Dinner, Pizza

I hate anything in which Pumpkin is an ingredient.

I'm started to like Pumpkin now..oh, almost forgot I LOVE STIR-FRY!

Although I did have Kentucky Fried Chicken on Tuesday afternoon. And a chinese takeaway on Tuesday evening. But that was to celebrate losing 11 pounds!

Nope, my line of work isn't to do with movies. It's as much to do with movies as it is with international shipping, sporting events and rock concerts.

Uh, what's the bacon deluxe brekky roll? I work at McDonalds, never heard of it. Is it something new? As far as I know every state/territory has the same menu so that shouldn't be the reason.

The whole "international shipping" part has be confused, otherwise I'd say it was something to do with transporting the materials to build a temporary stage, or temporary seating, etc. Or maybe you help to set that type of thing up?

I think what leiger means by (correct me if I'm wrong leiger) "if they don't know about it.... they don't know about it..." is if the employee doesn't know about the discount the employee doesn't get a discount.

I think leiger means the employees can make food and eat it themselves as long as the manager doesn't know abou it

I mean that on an overnight shift crew members back one another up and we make free meals when the manager isn't looking, or isn't in the office where the camera screens are Just sit back in the crew room eating and start swearing when a car comes through and you've only half-eaten it Have to go running back into the kitchen,wash hands,gloves on,then make it before anyone notices we're not there

And new crew members are exactly that.. "crew members".

Ranks are:
* Crew member
* Crew trainer (gets paid extra on certain shifts that they're training new people on, and normal price otherwise)
* Shift manager (get paid extra on the shifts they're managing. sometimes they work and another manager is in charge)
* Store manager (just one of these)

Crew = half price up to $20 value
Manager = free food up to $20 value

That's for a store that's owned by McDonalds as a company... a lot of the stores are franchised and run independently, and might be set up different. I'll have to ask someone I know working at a different maccas,if it's the same or not.

With "duties" as you called them.. every shift we look at a piece of paper to see where we're working

Making burgers - initiator, chaser, assembler stations
Making deli rolls - deli station
Cooking meat & seared chicken - grill station
Cooking all other chicken, nuggets, strips, and apple pies - fried station

Most of the time,except for busy periods, the same person does grill/chaser. Two people making burgers, then when it gets busy the person stops cooking meat and helps to make burgers for a while as a "chaser"
